Our experience in Australia dates back to the 1970s when we built the Melbourne Underground Rail Loop (MURL), better known today as the City Loop. This project cemented Webuild’s position as a key player in the major infrastructure market in Australia and unlocked the potential for the business to extend its operations further across the nation. 

Our presence in New Zealand dates back to the 1960s, when we participated in the construction of the Tongariro Power Scheme, one of NZ’s largest hydropower projects.
